If your little one is getting bored of the usual baby cereal porridge, try this easy 3 ingredients baby cereal pancakes. Busy moms can whip up a small batch of the baby cereal pancakes within 10 minutes. It is ideal to serve as breakfast, snack or finger food for your baby who practice baby LED weaning. Here is what you need:
- 20g baby cereal
- 1 egg
- 1 ripe banana
In a small bowl, mix baby cereal with egg to form a wet dough. Divide the dough into 6 small balls. Grease your hands lightly with oil and gently wrap sliced banana with each balls. Press the pancakes gently to make a flat disc.
Heat a non-stick pan with half a teaspoon of oil over low to medium heat. Place the pancakes in the pan. Cook until bottoms are lightly brown, flip over and cook until the pancakes are cooked through.
Serve the baby cereal pancake with baby fruit puree as topping or dipping sauce as desired.
