Mommy’s Corner
For Babies:
- Mushroom seasoning is considered safe for consumption for babies above 10 months old
- The intake is limited to 3g of Mushroom Seasoning per day
- Do take note that mushroom allergy is a possibility. Be sure to start with a very small amount to see if your child can tolerate it
- Can be added to any of their foods such as puree, cereal, or finger foods. Be sure to let it fully dissolve in their food before serving
- As mushroom seasoning contains salt, it is not recommended for babies below 10 months whereby their kidneys cannot tolerate
