Mini Milk Buns

What to you do with the extra milk formula when your little one rejects milk? We have a brilliant way to incorporate the goodness of formula milk into your little one's food intake. Let's try to bake mini milk buns for your kids.

Ingredients: 

250g bread flour
20g sugar (or less)
3G of salt
3G of yeast
185g of formula milk

20g of butter

Method:

Mix all ingredients (except butter) to form a smoth dough. Incorporate butter and continue to knead the dough till it is elastic, it can be stretched thinkly. Rest the dough in a greased bowl with lid for 1 hour or until it is double in size. 

Remove dough from bowl and gently press to expel additional air from the dough. Roll them into a thin log. Divide the dough into 12 - 15 equal portions. Shape them into smooth surfaced balls and placed on baking thin with parchment paper. 

Cover the buns and proof for another 30 minutes. Brush the buns with egg wash before baking them in a pre-heated oven at 180c for 15 to 18 minutes.
