Oatbran cookies

To increase the fibre in your child's diet, it is important to include cereal fibre in addition to a variety of fruits and vegetables. Oat bran are the best at helping your child avoid constipation. We have created a simple oat bran cookies that is sugar free and packed with all the good nutrients of oatbran. It is so tasty that you can even serve it to your family!

Ingredients:

  • 20g oat bran
  • 120g oatmeal
  • 100g desiccated coconut
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoon of coconut syrup
  • 20g of melted butter

Method:

Soak oatbran with 1 egg, then add mixture into all ingredients (except melted butter). Mix well and lastly add in melted butter. Chill the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes. Shape them into balls and bake at 180c for 15 to 20 minutes.
