Return & Refund Policy

We cannot accept exchange of products or return of products for refund unless the products received is defect or it is default items. Customer must contact us at customerservice@camybabyland.com.my or 03-61416788 within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the defect or default items in order to allow us to investigate your complaints.

Customer shall return goods at his/her own cost. Camy Babyland Sdn Bhd will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
