
Let's make soft steamed buns using purple sweet potatoes, These bite sized steam buns are easy for babies to hold and perfect for self feeding. They are nutritious enough to serve at breakfast.
Prepare 200g of flour, add in 2g of yeast and 200g of pureed sweet potatoes. Mix them well and knead into a smooth dough. Roll them into a 1 cm thick sheet, use a cookie cutter to cut out the small buns.
Place them in a steamer that is lined with greaseproof paper. Rest for 30 minutes and steam at medium heat for 12 minutes.
